Aero Methow Rescue Service provides 24/7 advanced life support care (ALS). Our team of highly trained Paramedics, Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians (AEMT), Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) and Emergency Medical Responders (EMR)  are available around the clock to assist you or your loved ones in times of need. 

Whether you are experiencing a medical crisis, have been injured or need other emergency assistance, we are only a 911 call away.

Rescue

Aero Methow Rescue Service partners with the Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office volunteer Search and Rescue Team. Aero Methow Rescue Service has personnel trained in Swiftwater Rescue, high angle rescue, snowmobile rescue, rescues by horseback, on foot, by bicycle and on skis. Aero Methow Rescue Service has a transport capable UTV, two snowmobiles, snowmobile rescue sled and cargo sled, white water and ice rescue boat with helmets and life vests, two E-Bikes with first response equipment, and two rescue carts (litters on one large wheel for evacuating patients from the roadless areas).

Event Standbys

Aero Methow Rescue Service provides emergency standby coverage for special events, when available and for a fee. Check out our Standby Request Form to learn about options and fees. Feel free to contact us with any questions or inquiries

Wildfire Standbys

AMRS has wildfire certified ALS and BLS staff and equipment available for deployment on local or regional wildfire contracts. Contact us to inquire about what resources we have available.

Injury Prevention and Community Health Programs

 S.A.I.L. -  Stay Active and Independent for Life

Join our Aero Methow Instructor for a balance and fitness class geared for seniors 65 and older! This class meets twice a week for one hour programs. 

Bike Helmets

Aero Methow Rescue Service is able to make bike helmets available through the support of the Winthrop Kiwanis. Annually, a Bicycle Road and Trail Safety Rodeo is held in partnership with Pearrygin Lake State Park.

Child Passenger Safety Seat Education

Get your car seat or booster seat checked for proper installation by our NHTSA certified technicians.

AED Loaner Program
